Plaza Côte-des-Neiges 6700 Côte-des-Neiges, Montréal, Québec, Canada H3S 2B2 is situated at approximately 10 to 15 minutes from downtown
Montréal. The site is well serviced by public transportation (Metro Côte-des-Neiges - Bus 165 North). During rush hours a bus (535)
service runs every 3 minutes making our premises easily accessible from all directions.
Customer parking, both indoors and outdoors, is provided from the Légaré and Barclay
Street entrances and can accommodate up to 1000 vehicles.
The Plaza is at walking distance, or a few minutes away by public transportation, to the
University of Montréal, the HEC (Hautes Études Commerciales) Concordia University,
three major hospitals and two prestigious private secondary schools.
Art and the Plaza. We are extremely fortunate to have on our site a famous sculpture
entitled 'Trialogue' created by internationally renowned sculptor Hans Schleeh.
Mr. Schleeh's works are in major collections around the world.
